Our Mission

St. John's University Staten Island Campus Kappa Zeta Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi adopts the mission statements and objectives of St. John's University, its AACSB-accredited Department of Business Administration, as well as Beta Alpha Psi.

Our chapter's focus is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the field of accountancy by promoting the study and practice of accounting.

As St. John's students, we commit ourselves to academic excellence and the pursuit of wisdom which flows from free inquiry, religious values and human experience. The university strives to preserve and enhance an atmosphere in which scholarly research, imaginative methodology, global awareness and an enthusiastic quest for truth serve as the basis of a vital teaching-learning process and the development of lifelong learning.
